At MEDEF Hérault (France), Nathalie Valette and Virginie Rouanet manage the organization of meetings and business clubs offered to all members. Before knowing about TEOOLA, Nathalie and Virginie managed event organization with many tools. They sent invitations via email, mail, and SMS, as well as reminders to encourage members to quickly sign up. On the day of the event, at the entrance, they had to deal with paper lists. For the MEDEF 34 HR club, Nathalie and Virginie first ask interested people about the topics they want to address. « We used to send the Google Form questionnaire by email, which often landed in spam, which was embarrassing. Today, the questionnaire is created in our TEOOLA simultaneously with the event invitation. Everything is gathered in the same app. We can also, with a
single click, broaden the outreach by sending the invitation directly to social networks. This way, we reach more people, and the target audience is reached very simply and effectively. After the event, we can also, with a single click in the app, send to the attendees all the documents and information (PDFs, videos, Excel files, etc.) presented during the event.
TEOOLA gives us greater visibility among our members and the general public. We save time, are more efficient, and reach more people. This is beneficial for us and our members!
